For customers, partners, and card networks (e.g. Stripe): what we sell, how access works, and how to reach us.
What you purchase
Paid plans are recurring software subscriptions for the Wuvo web application. You receive access to digital features (AI coaching, integrations, scans, add-ons as selected) based on your plan. No physical goods are provided.
After payment succeeds, access is provided immediately through your account at wuvo.ai.
Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you typically keep access through the end of the current billing period. Manage billing in your account or via the Stripe Customer Portal link from your receipt email.
For refund or billing disputes, email bill@wuvo.ai. We review requests in line with applicable law and our internal policies.
Privacy & data
We process account and health-related data only to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data. See in-app settings for export and deletion options where available.
Wuvo is not a medical provider. AI output is for wellness insight only; it is not a diagnosis or treatment.
